Biogas wet-type desulphurization technology and equipment

Basic principle: the absorption solution absorbs H2S in the tower and converted into elemental sulfur. The saturated absorption solution is then oxygenated,    

       regenerated and recycled.

Technical features: ①H2S removal efficiency more than 98%.②Low operation cost.③Suitable for wide range H2S concentration.

       ④No residual oxygen in biogas after treatment.

Application: Pretreatment of biogas used to produce bio-methane.
Application: Shandong Minhe (Phase II) 42,000m3/d bio-methane project;Jiangsu Dafeng Poultry Waste 12,000 m3/d Bio-methane Project.

Basic principle: Hydrogen sulfide was converted into sulfur or sulfurous acid by Thiobacillus under certain temperature, humidity and micro oxygen condition.

Technical features: ①M(fèi)ore than 98% H2S removal efficiency②70% lower operation fee than traditional chemical desulphurization.

     ③No need to add chemical agent, no secondary pollution.④Easy operation and maintenance.

Application: Desulphurization of biogas used for power generation, boiler and flare.Unit treatment capacity: 100-1200m3/d.
